We do our best to make your visit at New Life Tabernacle a pleasant one. We know finding a new church can be a difficult thing to figure out, so please come just as you are.​ Feel free to come casual or in your Sunday best, whatever you are comfortable in.​ Beware of friendly people, someone will greet you to welcome you to our church.

The sermons are designed to be relevant to life and spiritually encompassing.

We are not after your money! Guests are encouraged to enjoy the visit with no obligation to give.

New life is not a perfect church, but we strive to be “the church in the heart of the with the city in our hearts.”

Pastor Daniel Pettiford

Pastor Pettiford is the fourth generation of pastors in the Pettiford family. He accepted his call to ministry in October 1982 under the tutelage of his father, who at the time was pastor of Apostolic Temple.  There he held the office of Sunday School Superintendent and Young People’s President for several years. He also held offices while serving in other churches prior to becoming a pastor himself. These include: Assistant Sunday School Superintendent, Assistant Pastor at two sister churches in Albuquerque, and was both Lay Director to the Singles Ministry and Brotherhood Treasurer of the Mountain States Council.  Pastor Pettiford was ordained in the Mountain States 15th Episcopal District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW) in 1999 and currently serves as District Elder. He and his wife, Karen, of 36 years have four beautiful children and two wonderful grandchildren.
